Sponsor Cody: privacy policy Updated September 30, 2026 Cody Plofker operates this DPP sponsorship auction. Questions or requests about your data: cody@codyplofker.com. What we collect When you use Google sign-in, Google supplies your email address, its verification status, and basic profile information such as your name and profile photo. Supabase stores your sign-in account and session information. We also store the company name and website you provide, and your bids and their timestamps. Why we use it We use your email to sign you in, check that its domain matches your company website, restore your account, and contact you about the auction if needed. We use company and bid records to run the auction and identify the winner. Google sign-in requests only email and basic profile access. It does not request access to Gmail messages, Drive files, contacts, or calendars. This app does not use Google account data for advertising or AI training. What is public Company names, bid amounts, and bid times appear on the public auction page. Your email is not shown in public bid history. The auction owner can view the winner's email after bidding closes. Service providers Google provides sign-in. Supabase provides authentication and the database. HQ hosts the website. These services process information needed to operate and secure the app. The browser stores a sign-in session so you can return without signing in each time. Retention and your choices Account and auction records remain stored until the operator removes them. To request access, correction, or removal of your account information, email cody@codyplofker.com. Public company and bid history may be retained as the auction record. You can sign out of the app and revoke the app's Google access in your Google Account settings. Revoking access does not itself remove records already stored in Supabase. Changes Any changes to this policy will appear here with an updated date.
